Kichikae: Rediscover Natural Movement

Kichikae (기지개) is a transformative practice focused on restoring your body's natural function and mobility. Inspired by the Korean concept of "morning stretching," our approach goes beyond conventional movement techniques to address 'Kup' – the stored physical and emotional traumas that limit your body's true potential.

From Personal Journey to Global Practice

When founder Steve found himself struggling with chronic pain, stiffness, and anxiety despite trying countless conventional approaches, he discovered how our body and mind connect. This exploration led to the development of Kichikae – a unique movement practice that relieves the 'Kup' (trauma) stored within our bodies.

Since launching our social media presence just a few months ago, we've welcomed thousands of followers into our community. Steve and our masters are training students and instructors at our Hong Kong Kichikae Center, with over 500 coaching sessions anticipated in 2025.
